## Who we are
Lucas Vandes ("we", "us") is the data controller responsible for the personal
data described in this notice.

We promote solar panel installations offered by Contact Solar through their referral scheme.
We are not part of Contact Solar and do not install solar systems ourselves.
## What personal data we process
We process limited business contact information:
- name and job title
- business email address
- employer name, business address, sector and company size
- publicly available professional profile links (for example, LinkedIn)
- records of our correspondence with you, including any objection or opt-out request
We do not process personal email addresses, personal phone numbers, or information about
you as a private individual for marketing purposes.
## Where we obtained your data
We did not collect your data from you directly. We obtained it from:
- Apify Leads Finder, a business contact data provider
- Companies House, the UK public register, to confirm company registration status
We only contact people in their professional capacity, at business addresses, about matters
relevant to their organisation.
## Why we process it, and our lawful basis
Purpose: to contact organisations that may benefit from a solar installation, and to
share a referral offer.
Lawful basis: legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Our legitimate interest is promoting a relevant commercial offer to businesses likely to find
it useful. We have considered the impact on you: we use only business contact details, we
limit contact to a maximum of two emails, we stop immediately on request, and we do not
process sensitive data. We believe this is proportionate and within your reasonable
expectations as a business contact. You can object at any time — see below.
Under PECR, marketing email to corporate subscribers (limited companies, LLPs and other
corporate bodies) does not require prior consent. We do not send marketing email to
individuals, sole traders or unincorporated partnerships without their consent.
## Your rights
You have the right to:
- object to direct marketing at any time — we will stop immediately and permanently
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased
- restrict how we use it
- receive your data in a portable format
- complain to the Information Commissioner's Office
To stop receiving emails: reply with "unsubscribe", or email lucas@solarquotes-uk.co.uk. No explanation
needed. We add your address to a permanent suppression list, which exists solely to ensure we
never contact you again.
To exercise any other right: email lucas@solarquotes-uk.co.uk. We respond within one month.
## How long we keep it

## Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Zoho Corporation (Zoho Mail) — email delivery and correspondence
- Google (Google Sheets) — record keeping
- Contact Solar — only if you choose to request a quote through our referral link
Some of these providers store data outside the UK, including in the United States, and we
are based in Brazil. Where data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by the
International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards offered by the provider under
their standard contractual terms.

## Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant
effects concerning you.

## Changes
